# Overview

MerlinProtocol brings real-world assets into the Web3 through Oracle and NFT technology. Merlin expands ERC-721 and implements a leasing liquidity pool protocol based on Automated Market Maker, which can Automatically match leasing orders without middlemen, which solves the problem of insufficient capital utilization in the NFT market and the need to leverage high-quality NFT. In the meanwhile, MerlinProtocol provides a new DeFi solution for Real-World Assets (RWAs).
